FANTOM5

FANTOM5是一个大型哺乳动物基因表达图谱数据库，专注于系统研究哺乳动物启动子、增强子、长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)和微小RNA(miRNAs)的转录组数据。该数据库整合了人类、小鼠、大鼠、狗和鸡等多种脊椎动物的原代细胞转录组比较数据，旨在构建每种原代细胞类型的转录调控模型。FANTOM5项目由RIKEN领导的研究联盟开展，通过CAGE技术分析了多种细胞类型和组织中的RNA表达。

FANTOM5 is a large-scale mammalian gene expression atlas database dedicated to the systematic investigation of transcriptomic data for mammalian promoters, enhancers, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs). This database integrates comparative transcriptomic data of primary cells from multiple vertebrate species including humans, mice, rats, dogs and chickens, with the aim of constructing transcriptional regulatory models for each primary cell type. The FANTOM5 project is conducted by a research consortium led by RIKEN, and has analyzed RNA expression across diverse cell types and tissues using CAGE technology.
