Cardiovascular Disease Taxonomy and Scoring Dataset
收藏资源简介:
OverviewThis dataset provides a structured, engineering-based architectural framework for classifying and quantifying cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Developed as the core data layer for "The Diagnostic Flow Concept," this framework re-imagines clinical diagnosis by decomposing complex cardiac pathologies into four fundamental physical systems: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Hydraulic. By unifying diverse physiological data into normalized scoring matrices, this dataset serves as an open-access resource for researchers developing Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) and medical software tools. Dataset StructureThe spreadsheet contains three interconnected core modules:1. Features: Defines the clinical inputs and biomarkers utilized in the diagnostic model, mapping each parameters to its diagnostic source (e.g., ECG, Echocardiography, Blood Assays).2. Rule Table: Establishes the underlying expert rule-based system and scoring points, demonstrating how clinical boundaries contribute points towards a localized system failure.3. Disease Atlas: The primary taxonomy mapping prevalent cardiovascular diseases (such as Atrial Fibrillation, Heart Failure, and Myocardial Infarction) weighted across the four physical categories.
