The study investigates the nucleic acid contents of membrane vesicles purified from the honeybee gut symbiont Snodgrassella alvi. This repository contains: a DNA analysis of short reads from Illumina whole genome sequencing to compare plasmid copy number between cells and purified membrane vesicles; a sRNA analysis of strand-specific sequencing of small RNAs (15-50 bp) to evidence the presence of expressed dsRNA in the vesicles.
