Association Between Endometrial Microbiome Composition and Local Immune Cell Distribution During the Window of Implantation

This dataset contains endometrial microbiome and immune cell distribution data associated with the manuscript “Association Between Endometrial Microbiome Composition and Local Immune Cell Distribution During the Window of Implantation.” Microbiome composition was analyzed using 16S rRNA gene next-generation sequencing (NGS) and is presented as relative abundance of microbial taxa across all samples. Immune cell distribution was assessed using immunohistochemical staining of endometrial tissue sections followed by digital image analysis using HALO software (Indica Labs). The dataset includes anonymized sample information, microbial relative abundance data, and quantitative measurements of immune cell populations within the endometrial tissue during the window of implantation.
