DNA metabarcoding of Harmonia axyridis gut contents in the UK

DNA metabarcoding to investigate the diet of invasive ladybird Harmonia axyridis in the UK with samples collected in Oxfordshire and Yorkshire. The aims of the study are: i) to investigate the use of blocking primers in Harmonia axyridis molecular trophic interactions, ii) to detect the molecular trophic interactions of Harmonia axyridis in the UK.
