Celiac disease - stool samples from sick children and their healthy siblings and control group in the form of FASTQ files for fungi and bacteria (16S and ITS sequencing - MiSeq Illumina platform) - replication data

The data contain FASTQ files of sequenced bacterial V3-V4 16S regions and fungal ITS of stool samples from children with celiac disease. Additionally, samples from their healthy siblings and controls were sequenced. The data also contain a legend file for the FASTQ files. Sequencing was performed on the MiSeq platform (Illumina).
