西藏及周边地区藏羊种质资源数据集（2021-2022）

为完成青藏高原及周边地区藏系绵羊资源调查，掌握藏系绵羊资源现状，2021-2022年度对青海、甘肃、青海、贵州、陕西、云南、新疆、四川开展藏系绵羊种质资源调查，采集1021份血液及组织样品。本数据集包含1个组织样品信息表，包含物种、品种、采集地、采集时间、样品类型等信息，以excel格式存储。拍摄个体照片230张，生境照61张，工作照22张，视频6个。照片以jpg格式存储，视频以mp4格式存储。对每个个体产生50000个基因型数据，共计1000个个体的SNP基因组分型数据，数据以“ped”和“map”格式存储。

To complete the resource survey of Tibetan sheep in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its surrounding areas and grasp the current status of Tibetan sheep germplasm resources, a germplasm resource survey of Tibetan sheep was conducted in Qinghai, Gansu, Qinghai, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Xinjiang and Sichuan during 2021-2022, and 1021 blood and tissue samples were collected. This dataset includes one tissue sample information table, which stores information such as species, breed, sampling location, sampling time, sample type and other related details in Excel format. A total of 230 individual animal photos, 61 habitat photos, 22 field work photos and 6 videos were captured during the survey. All photos are stored in JPG format, while the videos are saved in MP4 format. For each sampled individual, 50,000 genotype data points were generated. In total, SNP genotyping data of 1000 individuals were obtained, and the data are stored in "ped" and "map" formats.
