Genome-wide heterozygosity analysis for persimmon, 625 population

This study aimed to analyze an impact of genome-wide heterozygosity on inbreeding depression in persimmon. The objectives are the same as a bioproject PRJDB9117. We analyzed an additional population (625) in this bioproject in order to obtain deeper insights for the analysis.
