Data of small mammals, vegetation structure and landscape variables surveyed in 50 transects in a landscape composed by forests, savannas and eucalyptus plantations in the northeastern Brazilian Amazon. This data was used in the manuscript 'Drivers of α-, β- and γ-diversity of small mammals in a landscape composed by eucalyptus plantations, savannas and forests', submitted to the Journal of Ecology.
