资源简介:
Single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) of traumatic brain injury (TBI) in both humans and mice offers a detailed view of the cellular and molecular changes occurring at various time points post-injury. This approach allows researchers to capture the heterogeneity of cell populations and their unique gene expression profiles, revealing insights into the dynamic processes of inflammation, repair, and neurodegeneration. In humans, scRNA-seq has identified distinct cellular responses and potential therapeutic targets, while in mice, it enables controlled experimental studies to dissect temporal changes at acute, subacute, and chronic stages post-TBI. Comparative analyses between human and mouse models help in understanding the conserved and divergent pathways in TBI pathophysiology, facilitating the development of more effective treatments.
