资源简介:
Avocado (Persea americana L.), macadamia (Macadamia integrifolia L.) and mango (Magnifera indica L.) are important subtropical tree species grown for their edible fruits and nuts. Despite their commercial and nutritional importance, the genomic resources for these species are largely lacking. Here we report the generation of avocado, macadamia and mango transcriptome assemblies from pooled leaf, stem, bud, root, floral and fruit tissue. . Buds, leaves, and stem tissue sampling was done in May-August 2015 on mature trees (7-15 year old) grown in field around Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia. Fruits and nuts were collected later in the year before the fruits/nuts reached maturity. The samples consist of four technical replicates i.e. one library for each of the three species (avocado, macadamia and mango) was run four times to produce four technical replicates. Using normalized cDNA libraries, we generated comprehensive RNA-Seq datasets using the Illumina NextSeq 500 platform.
