资源简介:

This dataset contains the derived analytical outputs supporting an integrative prioritization study of alternative-splicing events in autism cortex. The deposit includes Supplementary Tables S1–S17 in XLSX and tab-delimited formats, derived event-level results, source data for main and supplementary figures, data dictionaries, source-data and provenance manifests, file-relationship maps, and integrity checksums. The analyses integrate publicly available autism cortex and cerebellum splicing summaries with RNA-binding-protein annotations, RBFOX2 eCLIP evidence, strand-aware sequence motifs, transcript-model-predicted coding and nonsense-mediated decay consequences, annotation sensitivity, long-read isoform support, and experimental tractability. No new biological specimens or primary sequencing data were generated. No individual cortical event passed transcriptome-wide false-discovery-rate correction; therefore, the candidate lists are exploratory and hypothesis-generating. Cortex–cerebellum concordance represents same-cohort cross-regional coherence rather than independent replication because the regions largely share donors. RBFOX2 associations are model-dependent, and coding or NMD classifications are computational predictions. Third-party source datasets are not redistributed; their identifiers and access instructions are provided in the source-data manifest.
