Datasets and analysis scripts for "Joint Tuning of Convection and Microphysics Parameters Improves MJO Propagation and Maintenance in CAM6: A Process-Level Diagnosis"

This dataset contains simulation results and figure scripts for MJO simulations in CAM6. It includes two components: 1. Perturbed Parameter Ensemble (PPE) data: The PPE consists of 128 ensemble members,the uploaded files include members 80–100 only. Readers who need the other members can contact the corresponding author. 2. Figure and analysis scripts: NCL scripts for processing the simulation data and generating figures.
