To detect the mRNA gene expression profile in the unactivated and activated CD4+ T cells with miR-7 deficiency. Overall design: In this study, the total RNA was extracted from naive CD4+ T cells with miR-7 deficiency, WT mice and activated CD4+ T cells with miR-7 deficiency, WT mice, all the mice are the FVB/N background. Then, the expression profile of mRNA gene in these cells was detected by microarray.
