Enhanced Spacecraft Charging Risks by Interplanetary Alfven Waves During Geomagnetic Storms

This dataset includes solar wind Alfvén wave data and spacecraft surface potential data from the LANL-97A satellite during the period 1997–2007. Err.dat contains Alfvén wave parameters derived from WIND observations. Each row includes ten columns representing the Err values across ten logarithmically spaced frequency bands from 10 to 1000 seconds, followed by four columns indicating the corresponding timestamp in year, month, day, and hour format. intense79.dat lists the start and end times of the main and recovery phases of 79 intense geomagnetic storms during this period. potential_LANL97A provides the potential data from the LANL-97A geosynchronous satellite. intense79_10nT.data is storms list using -10 nT as the cutoff of recovery phase. Result comparison.pdf provides a statistical comparison between the two lists.
