资源简介:
Data was collected to evaluate how are temperature variability and heat related were to Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis infection in eastern newts (Notophthalmus viridescens) in 23 freshwater ponds in southeastern Wisconsin, USA. We collected data on water temperature, pond characteristics, amphibian species presence, and Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis infection by collecting skin swabs of amphibians from April to August in 2022 and 2023. We deployed one automated temperature logger (Onset Computer Corporation, Bourne, MA; model MX2201) per pond to record hourly water temperatures.
