Data for: Formation of ordered defect structures in lithium niobate crystals of different chemical composition at non-equilibrium processes of different nature

Laser-induced defects in LiNbO3stoich and positive domain after the first etching in the crystal LiNbO3:Cu(0.57):Gd(0.07 wt %) were counted manually in a program Gimp 2.7. A distance from the defect or a domain to the center of laser beam or a laser crater was detected in relative units. Obtained results were treated in Microsoft Excel.

在LiNbO3:Cu(0.57):Gd(0.07 wt %)晶体首次蚀刻后，通过Gimp 2.7程序手动计数了Laser-induced defects及正畴。测量了缺陷或畴至激光束中心或激光坑中心的相对距离。所得结果经Microsoft Excel处理。
