We explored the tuft cell transcriptomics based on their temporal expression patterns during helminth infection, and identified candidate transcriptional factors associated with the regulation of type 2 immunity. Overall design: EpCAM+ SiglecF+ small intestinal tuft cells were sorted at time points 0, 6, 14 days post H. polygyrus infection, and were sent our for RNA-seq library construction.
