Gene expression in Pan02 tumors from mice that were either untreated, treated with a TGFb vaccine, with an anti-IL-6R blocking antibody or the combination of the TGFb vaccine and an anti-IL-6R blocking antibody

To investigate changes in the tumor microenvironment at a gene expression level induced by IL-6R blockade and compare it to treatment with the TGFb vaccine in a murine model of PDAC (Pan02) Overall design: Pan02 tumor-bearing mice were either left untreated or vaccinated with TGFß vaccine on days 8 and 15 post-inoculation. Anti-IL-6R antibody was administered on day 8 post-inoculation and every 3rd-4th day for a total of six injections. Tumors were harvested (n=3-4 per group) on day 24 post-inoculation, RNA was extracted, and bulk RNAseq was performed.
