Single-Cell Transcriptomes of Peromyscus leucopus and Mus musculus primary skin cultures in response to TLR agonists

Single-cell RNA-seq of primary skin cultures from ear of Peromyscus leucopus LL stock and Mus musculus FVB/NJ strain four hours after addition of TLR agonists to culture medium. Bacterial lipopolysaccharide at 1 microgram per milliliter, lipopeptide Pam3SK4 at 10 microgram per milliliter final concentrations, and saline alone were used. Treatment groups were pooled together for both species.
