Dataset and R code supporting: "Micro-CT reveals host-controlled symbiosis of the Jurassic serpulid–hydroid association"

This repository contains the data and R scripts supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript "Micro-CT reveals host-controlled symbiosis of the Jurassic serpulid–hydroid association", submitted to Proceedings of the Royal Society B. The dataset includes the data used in the statistical analyses. The R script reproduces analyses and figures reported in the manuscript. The data are provided in three csv files: Host_size.csv, Zooid_density.csv, and Zooid_size.csv. See the main text for details of data collection methodology. The repository contains also the README file describing the structure of the dataset.
