Eurasia UNESCO World Heritage Sites

These sites span 6 countries of Northern and Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, and China. These sites are landmarks or areas that have been designated by UNESCO to have "cultural and natural heritage" which is considered "of outstanding value to humanity." Sites vary from natural systems such as lakes and plateaus to manmade structures such as ancient towns and mausoleums.
