Abstract:
Empire Offshore Wind LLC were committed to undertaking Pre-Construction Monitoring of their lease area located in the New York Bight (OCS-A 0512), now called Empire Wind. To facilitate this, 12 surveys were undertaken between July 2024 and May 2025 by APEM Inc. to provide baseline information for consideration in the assessment of potential future impacts.
