Data description We describe the draft genomes of four Palythoa species collected from reefs around Iriomote Island, Okinawa, Japan. Using PacBio HiFi sequencing, the genomes were assembled. Gene prediction was performed with BRAKER pipeline. The raw reads are available in BioProject accession PRJDB18008.
