Bulk RNA-seq of CRISPR SATB2 Knockout Human Colonic Organoids

To evaluate SATB2 function in human colonic epithelium, we knocked out the SATB2 gene in 3D cultured human colonic organoid. Overall design: Colonic organoids cultured from 5 different donors were knocked out the SATB2 gene by CRISPR. Organoids were differentiated for 3 days before RNA was collected. Please note that the additional raw counts data (prior to normalization), which was generated from the process of generation of counts relative to genes using featureCounts with default parameters (unstranded mode), was included in the records on Nov 5, 2021.
