Insight into the mechanisms of Cd (II) on increasing ACC deaminase activity in rhizobacterial strain Ensifer sp. A23T

Through systematic screening, we identified a bacterial strain exhibiting elevated ACC deaminase activity. Notably, this strain demonstrated enhanced ACC deaminase production under cadmium stress conditions. The primary objective of this study is to explore and utilize rhizosphere-promoting bacterial resources with high ACC deaminase productivity, aiming to mitigate plant stress injuries and enhance stress tolerance.
