R2MED is a high-quality, high-resolution synthetic information retrieval (IR) dataset designed for medical scenarios, containing 876 queries across three retrieval tasks, suitable for five medical scenarios and twelve body systems. The dataset includes various sub-datasets such as biology, bioinformatics, medical sciences, each with detailed query and document information.
