Viruses drive soil microbiome adaptation to multiple stressors in typical antimony mine areas

This dataset contains 1935 viral metagenome-assembled genomes (vMAGs) constructed from antimony (Sb) and arsenic co-contaminated soils samples from four major Sb mine areas in southern China. These vMAGs are at least medium quality, according to the assessment by checkV. The genomic information of these vMAGs was provided in a supplemental .txt document.
