COVID-19, Diagnosed

One of several codesets to assist with identifying COVID patients in source data. It is advised that users of these codesets also include any additional institution-specific code (diagnosis, procedure or lab) to meet this concept diagnosis to account for missing source data mappings. This codeset should be used in tandem with several other codesets to identify patients who are eligible for the study cohort.
