Data from : In situ soil imaging, a tool for monitoring the hourly to monthly temporal dynamics of soil biota

This dataset displays the data and R code used in the paper "In situ soil imaging, a tool for monitoring the hourly to monthly temporal dynamics of soil biota". The studied site was a 10-yr old black Périgord truffle field located in Uchaux (Vaucluse, France). Data were acquired by image analysis from an in-situ imaging device. A bank of 339 images was analyzed, comprising images captured every 6 hours from May 1st to July 24th 2019. The dataset contains 3 databases and the associated R-code.
