To investigate the functional role of the novel lncRNA IGF1R-AS1 in prostate cancer, we generated VCaP cells with siRNA-mediated knockdown and performed CTCF HiChIP to profile associated changes in 3D chromatin architecture. Overall design: CTCF HiChIP-seq in VCaP cells with IGF1R-AS1 knockdown versus control.
