Program-level placement results for sport sciences undergraduate admissions in Turkey, 2024 to 2026

Machine-readable versions of all placement tables published by the Centre for Assessment, Selection and Placement (ÖSYM) for sport sciences undergraduate programs that admit students through the centralized Special Talent Examination for Sport Sciences (ÖZYES): the 2024, 2025 and 2026 initial placements and the 2024 and 2025 supplementary placements. The main file (ozyes_placement_groups.csv, 7,170 rows) has one row per year, placement round, program, quota type (general, national athlete, disability) and sex, with quota, number placed, lowest and highest placement scores, institutional descriptors, derived variables and a program identifier that stays constant when ÖSYM program codes change. Companion files describe 413 programs and 108 universities, compare dataset totals with the official ÖSYM summaries (all 40 values agree), and give a program-level check of the published rule that transfers vacant quotas to the general quota. codebook.csv defines all variables; sources.csv lists the ten ÖSYM source documents with URLs and SHA-256 checksums. The source documents are not redistributed. The data are aggregate and contain no candidate-level information. Code to reproduce the files: https://github.com/yilmaz-yuksel/ozyes
