To analyze the allergen specific immunoglobulin E (sIgE) test results of patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) who were treated in the dermatology department of Hangzhou Third People's Hospital from 2019 to 2024. By using immunoblotting, the serum of 11318 AD patients who were treated in the dermatology department of Hangzhou Third People's Hospital was tested for sIgE by inhalation (10 items) and food (8 items). The distribution of sIgE allergens in AD patients before, during and after the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) epidemic was analyzed by different gender, age, season
