To investigate whole genomic DNA methylation changes after cocaine/saline treatment in iTat mice, we isolated genomic DNA from 24 hippocampus hemispheres of mice and performed whole genomic bisulfite sequencing (WGBS). There were total 24 samples, 12 from iTat mice and 12 from Wt mice. Each iTat/Wt mouse group includes six males and six females, and each sex has three cocaine treated mice and saline treated mice.
