Human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC)-derived endothelial cells were transplanted into mouse liver and isolated after 4 weeks post-transplantation, and compared to primary human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells. ScRNAseq was used to investigate the cell subpopulations present in each of the samples, including the pattern of zonation (regional difference in phenotype of subpopulations). 2 samples of hiPSC-endothelial cells isolated from mouse liver after 4 weeks, compared to primary human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells
