The file is a comma-separated file, where each row gives a list of 288 SNP genotypes in samples of Sea trout (<i>Salmo trutta</i>), with one row per individual. Each individual is denoted by its collection and individual fish ID corresponding to data found in Supplementary material for Bekkevold et al.
