A Treg specific long non-coding RNA maintains immune-metabolic homeostasis in ageing liver [Altre-WT and Altre-KO]

To investigate the cooperative function Altre in the regulation of Tregs with aging, we established Altre CD4-CRE and Foxp3-CRE mice in which Altre has been knockout in CD4+ T cells or Tregs.为探究Altre在衰老进程中对调节性T细胞（Tregs）的协同调控功能，我们构建了Altre CD4-CRE与Foxp3-CRE小鼠，这两类小鼠分别在CD4阳性T细胞或调节性T细胞（Tregs）中敲除了Altre基因。
