Transcriptomic profiling was conducted on murine forelimb and hindlimb buds, collected at E11.5 during early limb development, with a genotype of either wildtype or Hoxd13 Q50R homozygote. A total of three individual biological replicates of forelimb and hindlimb buds were selected for both WT/WT and Q50R/Q50R genotypes to ensure reproducibility and statistical significance.
