A set of files of protein binding acquired on a LUMICKS C-Trap. The system consists of
lambda DNA tethered between two polystyrene beads
protein labeled with an Atto565 fluorophore (green channel)
TIF files are image stacks acquired from an sCMOS camera and the .h5 file is time-correlated force data. All data was acquired with LUMICKS Bluelake software.
