Specific 13C enrichment in solid ecosystem compartments

Specific 13C enrichment (capdelta delta 13C) of seagrass, epiphytes, sheaths, rhizomes, roots, sediment depths (0-2, 2-5 and 5-10 cm), porewater and phospholipid fatty acid biomarkers of microphytobenthos (MPB) and bacteria at multiple timepoints (Day) following stable isotope labelling.<br><br>Four plots were fertilised with artificial nutrients and four plots served as ambient controls (Treatment). Stable isotope labelling occured 35 days of nutrient enrichment for plot batch 1 (plots 1, 2, 3, 4) and 40 days for plot batch 2 (5, 6, 7, 8).
