Material from PhD thesis: Appendix C-1 List of RNA-seq datasets

This dataset contains supplemental material as part of a PhD thesis: Development of Novel Diagnostic Tools and Antigen Discovery for Devil Facial Tumour Disease.

The material contains a list of RNA-seq datasets used for the differential expression analysis for Tasmanian devil facial tumour disease vaccine antigen discovery. RNA samples were sourced from wild/captive Tasmanian devils (as early as 2003) and from cell lines. The dataset includes paired-end and single-end RNA-seq datasets from 30 primary DFT1, 4 DFT1 cell line c5065, 5 primary DFT2 primary, 4 DFT2 cell line RV, and 2 DFT2 cell line JV, 8 whole blood, 2 ear fibroblast, 5 spleens, 5 hearts, 5 testis, 38 lips, 4 brains, 2 peripheral nerves, 2 blood vessels, 2 axillary nerves, 2 brachial plexus nerves, 2 brain stems, 2 cerebellums, 2 cerebrums, 2 optic nerves, 2 sciatic nerves, and 4 trigeminal nerves.
