Transcriptome profiling reveals differentially expressed genes between wizened flower bud and common flower buds in Chinese pear (Pyrus pyrifolia )

Our aim is to find the molecular mechanism induced flower bud abortion of Pyrus pyrifolia. The outcome provides an important theoretical basis for the regulation of pear against flower bud abortion and the pear breeding using diversity genetic resources.
