Checklist and records of typical breeding-season birds in wetlands of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, focusing on typical wetland bird communities in northern Tibet, covering wetland bird species from Lake Garencuo, Lake Namucuo, Lake Mujiacuo, Lake Basongcuo, Lake Cuo'e, Lake Luobuco, Lake Yueqiacuo, Lake Silingcuo and other wetlands. The data were acquired via field surveys conducted by our research team, adopting the line transect method, with telescopes employed for bird identification and documentation. The dataset is organized in chronological and spatial order, beginning at Lake Namucuo and concluding at Lake Luobuco, with the survey period spanning from June to July 2019. The records encompass both waterbirds and forest birds residing in the vicinity of these wetlands, showcasing the avian diversity across northern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. This dataset can serve as scientific references and decision-making support for local biodiversity conservation efforts.
