Whole transcriptome sequencing of porcine alveolar macrophage cell line (3D4/21) infected by swine influenza virus H1N1 and H3N2

Herein, we established a research model of a porcine alveolar macrophage cell line (3D4/21) infected by SIV H1N1 and H3N2, and provided RNA-seq data set for microRNA, mRNA, lncRNA and circRNA analysis of 12 experimental samples. This data set reveals related genes, non-coding RNAs and interaction regulatory networks related to SIV infections. These results are helpful to elucidate the molecular regulation mechanism of SIV infections and contribute to screening SIV resistance molecular markers, which promotes the implementation of pig disease-resistant breeding.
