Note that ASPVEN stands for the hybrid zone between Encelia asperifolia & E. ventorum; PALVEN stands for the hybrid zone between E. palmeri & E. ventorum

FilesASPVEN_leaf_image_data.csv: includes all leaf image data for all leaves from the ASPVEN hybrid zone
ASPVEN.miss0.5.ped: includes genotype data for ASPVEN individuals in PED format; only data that is 50% complete is included
Encelia_Samples.csv: includes locality data for all samples from both hybrid zones
