Change in number of transactions in office real estate in largest cities Italy 2023

Most of the major cities in Italy saw a decrease in office transactions in 2023. In Genoa and Milan, the number of transactions fell by over 20 percent from the previous year. At the other end of the spectrum were Verona, Catania, and Naples, where transactions increased. In Verona, office real estate transactions rose by nearly 43 percent.
