Dataset to the study ‘Faster life history strategy manifests itself by lower age at menarche, higher sexual desire, and earlier reproduction in people with worse health’

The dataset contains variables sex (female = 0, male = 1), age, current partnership, church membership, height, size of place of residence, socioeconomic status, education, Rh negativity, the sickness index (and 11 health-related variables which were used to calculate the index), age at menarche, age at first sexual intercourse, sexual desire (and three variables from the Revised Sociosexual Orientation Inventory which were used to calculate sexual desire), sexual activity, number of sexual partners, and number of children. <br>On this set, we tested a hypothesis according to which impairment of individual health serves as a signal for switching to a faster life strategy. <br>
