Data underlying the publication: Impact of human disturbance on biogeochemical fluxes in tropical seascapes.

This dataset includes reviewed scientific articles and extracted data used to create a literature review on biogeochemical fluxes in tropical coastal ecosystems, specifically focusing on mangroves, seagrass, and coral reefs. This research synthesizes knowledge on biogeochemical fluxes and ecosystem connectivity in tropical seascapes, identifies the primary anthropogenic influences that can disturb these fluxes, and highlights significant knowledge gaps.
