资源简介:
This BioProject contains genomic data associated to the paper Ament-Velasquez et al. "Allorecognition genes drive reproductive isolation genes in Podospora anserina". Allorecognition, the capacity to discriminate self from non-self within species, is a ubiquitous organismal feature typically governed by genes evolving under balancing selection. In the model fungus P. anserina, the loci controlling vegetative incompatibility, or het genes, are associated with various degrees of sexual incompatibilities, including female sterility, hybrid inviability, and meiotic drive. This data set was used to explore the population genomics and genetics of allorecognition in P. anserina.
