Urban plans in 23 large urban areas of the EU, 2010-2025

The dataset lists urban plans at local, metropolitan scale for 23 large urban areas of the EU. The list includes plans that were in power at any point between 2010 and 2015. The analyzed urban plans are: Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Ruhr Area, Berlin, Athens, Warsaw, Hamburg, Brussels, Vienna, Lisbon, Budapest, Munich, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Katowice, Stockholm, Lyon, Prague, Dublin, Cologne and Copenhagen. Data includes plan scale, power, approval year, target year, and proposed housing units per year.
